Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and deploy AI-driven features that improve user experience, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models to improve various aspects of our e-commerce platform, including product recommendations, customer segmentation, and search optimization.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to integrate AI solutions into our platform using TypeScript, Vue.js, and other modern web technologies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud-based services and data pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure the scalability and reliability of AI applications.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of AI models and algorithms, using tools like GPU acceleration and parallel processing to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
• Data Management: Handle large datasets, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and similar technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on e-commerce or related industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, Vue.js, and AWS. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, model fine-tuning, and embedding techniques.
• Cloud Experience: Strong background in cloud services, particularly AWS, with experience in deploying AI models in cloud environments.
• Full-Stack Development: Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on utilizing AI algorithms to improve user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the auto tools industry or a similar e-commerce domain.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
